The 'beginning' for 'Shinra' was when her master Corran Zemo, a wealthy collector who bought Shinra from the military when they were about to 'retire' her model. To begin her story, the reader first needs to know her beginnings in the human world. When Shinra was not 'shinra' and not an android, she was once a woman named Serena Crescent, an augmented human soldier caught up in the war between magic and technology. She was a beautiful woman with long brown hair and green eyes. she was the makings of a real soldier who was well respected by her peers. However, all that changed when she suffered injuries that were fatal. Wanting to save the woman's mind so that the military could still use her expertise in tactics and strategy, Serena was 'downloaded', or rather her mind was, into the data net and manipulated into existing in an android model that was currently used for magi elimination at the time. For a time after that, she was simply known as Model XVII and use especially to eradicate magi that were causing problems within the battle field. She did not know what she was doing, she was simply following her programming. She no longer was Serena Crescent, she was a machine used for the genocide of the magi race. Years went by and blood stained her synthetic human skin covered hands. she was soon taken less and less on the battle fields and more and more within the cities. The others of her model, though differ in hair color and slight design, were also sent within the cities and towns. She was not yet programmed to be curious, so she simply did her duty and carried out horrible deeds on behalf of the military she was part of. After all, an android is little more than a tool used for whatever the user needs. Androids were considered second-class citizens at best. She did as she was ordered, following her programming. Soon the battles waned down and then the use for her model began to wane as well. Slowly they all began to be decommissioned and recycled into the newer models. At the age of 85, Model XVII was transported to a decommissioning building where she thought she was being sent to be shut off. However, that was the start of her new life as Shinra. After she had her memory data wiped, she came face to face with a man named Corran Zemo. He was a wealthy collector who was looking for someone like Shinra. She stared blankly at him all through it since her emotions as a military android were on the zero scale. They were meant to fight and kill, not talk and interact with regular people. She noticed how he looked at her with interest, but since her data was being wiped, she really did not care at all why he was doing that. Personality overall In some ways, Shinra is as close to being human as a machine can be. The machine part of her personality is upfront and blunt, having trouble sometimes adapting to human customs due to how logical her mind is. She still acts like an android would despite how human her current master programmed her to act more human. She is blunt to the point where she doesn't hold back what she is thinking despite how rude it may come across. Due to her machine origins, she is very logical and intelligent in her thinking. She may not go into a situation depending upon how much of a threat it is to her or those around her. However, the human part of her 'data soul', the human 'soul' downloaded into her neural net when she was still being used as a weapon, would take over and push her to go despite how much of a danger it would pose to her body. Her intelligent is a given since she was made to be an expert strategist in the field of war. She knows still just as much as she did then, however, certain programs have been overwritten and some have been added thanks to her current master, Corran Zemo. In stressful situations, Shinra would be the most calm in the room thanks to her not actually using emotions on a daily basis due to her not wanting to over-stress the emotion circuits that were installed within her neural net. However, the downside to these two traits of hers would be that she would not be afraid to engage a target that was threatening her or her master. Since she is a machine, she knows she can take more damage, so she doesn't worry about her safety as often. Shinra, by current programming design, is as curious as a child is when dealing with the world and humans in general. You can say that she is the human's biggest fangirl. She likes to inspect objects on a daily basis and sometimes will stand there for a few hours just watching butterflies drink from flowers or to look at the birds that fly in the courtyard. She's an honest girl, much like how she is blunt, and will be an answer even though the truth might hurt the other person more than a lie would. Like any machine, she is thorough and precise in her actions. She will finish a task no matter what and when it comes to being on mark, she is the best. Another machine aspect of herself is that she is calm and confident. No matter how stressful the situation gets, she will always be calm and collected; often giving the air of nonchalance. Her skin is rather on the pale side, almost akin to the color white which all the more makes her dark gray eyes pop. Some have compared her to a porcelain doll with that complexion of hers. Bluntly speaking, Emiko has facial features that are considered the Asian beauty standard. Delicate. Thin brows. Etc. In the past she's worn her black hair in a short spiked pixie cut. However for the past few decades Emi's hair has been a layered bob coming to grace her chin. If I may say without being too "modest", this demon's form is very attractive. Very well toned, she is considered to feminine to the eye. However upon closer inspection you'll see that her thighs and biceps are more muscled than what would be considered a delicate flower. This is due her personal exercise regiment and her secondary occupation outside of the school. Her form is riddled with lightly colored scars mostly from her early years. However, the most prominent by far is an X shaped scar in between her breasts. Fashion When it comes to fashion, let's see. Emiko is a fan of tightly fitting clothing honestly. Flowing skirts and dresses she'll wear on occasion but she greatly prefers clothes that fit closely to her. Especially in the chemistry lab, loosely fitting clothing is the quickest way to get caught on fire accidentally. So as a professor she'll wear pencil skirts that wrap her waist and legs well. Button down lightly frilly shirts and blouses. Stilettos. Very professional looking all around with an air of seriousness.
